The Multi Access Warehouse, number 1 in flexibility and performance, is psb’s state-of-the-art shuttle system that allows for outstanding throughput rates and adaptability, thanks to its innovative concept with internally located lifts. The latest system technology enables performance levels of up to 3 000 double cycles per hour per aisle. It is the perfect solution for e-commerce and retail operations where high throughput rates and reliable availability are crucial for the success of the operation.

The psb microstore stands for a lean warehousing solution for the automatic storage and retrieval of small parts. The main components of this installation are a racking system, a psb vario.sprinter shuttle and a lift which provides access to the various storage levels. Its compact design allows maximum space utilisation and is ideally suited for the handling of small storage volumes.With a storage capacity of 500 to 3 000 totes and a performance of up to 100 totes per hour, the microstore is an efficient solution for applications with limited space and budget. The modular system can be easily adapted to individual requirements and allows a flexible use of the available space.

AS/RS

Automated storage and retrieval systems are suitable for warehouses with medium performance requirements, combined with a high storage density. The AS/RS stacker cranes are rail-guided, moving vertically and horizontally in the storage aisles for the precise storage and retrieval of pallets, cardboard boxes, trays or totes. The automated storage of heavy or bulk goods is possible as well.
Compared to shuttle warehouses with decentralised shuttles, which stand out for modular flexibility, AS/RS systems offer particularly high efficiency even when handling large storage volumes while maintaining the same average performance requirements.
